Our Team

David is Expedited Construction’s hands-on leader, relationship manager, and liaison to our subcontractors and vendors. After starting his own wealth management firm serving 159 families across London, San Francisco, New York & Boston, David expanded into real estate development and construction. He treats every customer dollar like it is his own and expects 110% from each and every employee, vendor and subcontractor. David resides with his wife, son and three daughters in Southborough, MA.

Brian connects the dots for our team and clients, with a “big picture” perspective and focus on details, timing and deadlines. A lawyer by training, Brian came up in the real estate industry and has overseen every tenant buildout and third-party project that Expedited Construction and its affiliates has undertaken, since 2015. Brian resides with his wife, son, and two daughters in Lynnfield, MA.

Kelsey drives all of Expedited Construction’s projects. By interfacing daily with our architects, construction team, clients and engineers, Kelsey makes sure Expedited Construction’s projects are finished on time and within budget.  Kelsey enjoys spending time with family & her dog Zena.

Chris is Expedited Construction’s on-site lead for all of our major projects. He holds a Massachusetts unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s license and has been closely involved in every project Expedited has undertaken since its founding. Chris resides with his wife and two sons in Holden, MA.
